HALL Arts Hotel Brand Identity, Management, and Implementation

Creative project management of brand identity, marketing, and operational materials leading up to the opening of HALL Arts Hotel, a 183-key luxury boutique hotel in the Dallas Arts District. Worked with branding firms Ashlar Projects and The Gettys Group for the identity and initial collateral concepts, then transitioned to internal project management and design under the leadership of our VP of Marketing and in conjunction with our internal teams for implementation.

Playbill and Program Book Project Management for AT&T Performing Arts Center

Project manager for playbills and program books for all AT&T Performing Arts Center programming, to include Broadway, TITAS Dance, Off-Broadway, Classical Criterion, and Shakespeare. Led design and marketing staff and multiple outside vendors to estimate, budget, design, and supervise printing of over 40 playbills and program books with delivery to six venues. Collaborated with Programming, Marketing, External Affairs, Development, Sponsorship, Membership, and Human Resources for content and approvals.

Book Publication Management and Marketing for the Dallas Arts District Foundation

I was an integral part of a small team that organized, curated, project managed, and published Through the Lens: Dallas Arts District, a 176-page coffee table book that is a curated, photographic journey through the Dallas Arts District. The book was a collaboration between HALL Group, the Dallas Arts District, corporate sponsors, and local photographers created to raise funds for the Dallas Arts District Foundation, the granting arm that reinvests in the visual and performing arts in Dallas.
