AT&T Performing Arts Center: Playbill and Program Book Project Management

Project manager for playbills and program books for the second half of the 2015-2016 Season and the full 2016-2017 Season for all ATTPAC programing to include Broadway, TITAS Dance, Off-Broadway, Classical Criterion, and The Complete Works of William Shakespeare.

Worked closely with multiple outside vendors, including Onstage Productions and Print Place, to estimate and budget for the remaining 2015-2016 Season of 18 playbills/program books and the full 2016-2017 Season of 22 playbills/program books.

Established external and internal schedules for content, advertising, production, and delivery. Routed content and revisions internally to all departments, including Programming, Marketing, External Affairs, Development, Sponsorship, Membership, and Human Resources, to ensure accurate content and legal/licensing approvals.

Assigned design staff, supervised creation, and managed marketing staff responsible for in-house printing and folding of programs. Managed delivery to six different venues and arranged storage of multi-show program books between shows.

 

Broadway Playbills, TITAS Dance Program Books, and Classical Criterion Program Books

Worked with outside vendor Onstage Productions to estimate, budget, and secure a contract for the remaining and future seasons. Established external and internal schedules for content, advertising, production, and delivery. Routed content and revisions internally to all departments, including Programming, Advertising, External Affairs, Development, Sponsorship, Membership, and Human Resources, to ensure accurate content and legal/licensing approvals. Managed respective delivery to three different venues and arranged storage of multi-show program books between shows.


Off-Broadway Playbills

Worked with all internal departments to gather programing content and advertising and created a routing workflow, and schedules for approvals, production and delivery. Assigned to design staff and supervised creation. Worked with outside vendor Print Place to estimate and budget printing and delivery to multiple venues. 


The Complete Works of William Shakespeare Program Books

Worked with internal Programming Department and Shakespeare Dallas to gather content, created a routing workflow, and established schedules for approvals, production and delivery. Assigned to design staff and supervised creation. Managed design and marketing staff responsible for in-house printing, folding of programs, and delivery to the venue.
