Retail Marketing Management Workflow
Worked with the VP of Commercial Marketing to create a streamlined workflow for marketing requests from new and existing retail tenants and integrate requests into the Monday.com project management software for multiple marketing managers.
Upon becoming a part of Billingsley Retail, tenants are given the link to the Retail Marketing Page. Each section links out to a marketing submission form or email contact outlined below. The forms, created in Monday.com, populate the respective marketing staff’s online workspaces, seamlessly assigning and communicating content for a variety of marketing materials.
This integration created efficiencies internally in the Billingsley Marketing Department allowing faster, and more accurate, inclusion of retail marketing content across all marketing channels.
